作品说明：为提升术后患者的康复质量与生活便利性，本作品设计了一款兼具智能监测与人性化佩戴体验的术后支架。该支架采用模块化结构，包含外部支撑框架、弹性绑带、缓冲层、亲肤内衬与可选的智能传感模块，可根据不同患者需求灵活组合与调节。通过内嵌传感器与手机端APP连接，用户可实时监测局部压力与温度变化，及时预警压伤风险，辅助医生远程干预与调整。
本设计不仅关注医疗功能的安全性与实用性，更融入了材料创新与数字健康理念，力求为术后康复提供更高效、舒适、智能的解决方案。
This project presents a post-operative orthopedic brace designed to enhance rehabilitation quality and daily convenience for patients. Featuring a modular structure, the brace integrates an outer support frame, adjustable elastic straps, a pressure-relief cushioning layer, a skin-friendly antimicrobial lining, and an optional smart sensor module.
Through embedded sensors and Bluetooth connectivity with a mobile app, the system enables real-time monitoring of local pressure and temperature, helping prevent complications such as pressure ulcers and facilitating remote clinical guidance.
The design emphasizes not only medical safety and practicality, but also material innovation and digital health integration—offering a smarter, more comfortable, and adaptive solution for post-operative care.
