“Moving Steel” – Medium-Scale Conceptual Space Design
Project Overview:
This project aims to create a unique spatial experience by integrating large parks, green spaces, and advanced living facilities to address the environmental and lifestyle needs of the elderly in the area.
Site & Background:
Located on a 1km x 1km site, the project is part of a student educational initiative focused on designing comprehensive solutions for elderly care in natural environments.
Design Solution:
The concept envisions the construction of an “ark” that serves as a protective habitat in anticipation of environmental disasters. It addresses multiple survival needs of the elderly, offering not only a landscape-rich natural environment but also the necessary facilities to support long-term human habitation.
